BIG EMOTIONS, little people.
God created us as relational beings and gave us a wide array of emotions. This can prove to be a challenging aspect of life. Join us on November 13th, as we learn from Amber Ramsey on how we can help our children to cope with and manage their emotions.
Amber and her husband of 17 years, Dan, have 4 children, ages 12, 10, 8 and 5.
Amber brings over 20 years of experience working with children in varying capacities. She currently serves as the Elementary School Counselor for Robinson CUSD #2. Amber has earned a Bachelors degree in Sociology and Psychology from Southwest Baptist University as well as a Masters degree in Counseling from EIU. God has also granted Amber the privilege of having experience in International adoption and parenting a special needs child.
When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. -Fred Rogers-
